Send us your case file, and we’ll deliver a roadmap. From strategy ideas and discovery requests to relevant medical literature, FOIA opportunities, illustrations, and potential pitfalls — we help you see the full picture before you dive in.
We draft discovery responses by reviewing the case file, aligning with your firm’s style and preferences, and — if you wish — contacting the client directly to confirm responses. Our approach keeps cases moving forward while freeing your in-office team to focus on higher-level tasks.
A proven system for obtaining, tracking, and organizing medical records. We manage the process so your team can focus on building the case, not chasing paperwork.
Well-structured demand packages that highlight key facts, damages, and case value. Our demand letters are designed to set the stage for productive settlement negotiations.
We help keep clients engaged and informed. With 30-day follow-up calls, we check in, gather updates from medical appointments or daily limitations, answer questions, and provide your firm with detailed updates to strengthen the attorney-client relationship.
Transform case materials into compelling mediation presentations. We build customized shells, then refine them with your strategy, focus points, and damages — incorporating text, visuals, research, and statistics. Attorneys use these to sharpen their presentation, engage mediators, and prepare for trial.
At The Angle, we are committed to excellence, which is why we seek professionals from around the world to reach that goal.
